Job Description 2:
Position: Business Analyst
Domain: Life Insurance
Exp: 3 yrs
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Joining: Immediate

1. Prepare business requirement document for new product launch, product functionalities not part of launch, regulatory, audit, projects and other enhancements.
2. Ensure sign off on business requirements from all relevant stakeholders with no gaps in requirements.
3. Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and UAT sign off from impacted stakeholders.
4. Ensure approved business requirement implementation within committed timelines and ensure defect free deployment in production.
5. Ensure prompt status updates to BPM manager and other stakeholder and timely escalation on delays.
6. Work closely with IT and testing team for any requirements clarifications, defect resolution and for delivery of work items. Responsible for providing domain support to testing team and development team.

1. Strong Insurance domain experience in life insurance industry with Good Knowledge of Life Insurance products is a must for this role.
2. Hand on experience as a Business Analyst in requirement gathering, creating Business/Functional requirement documents and UAT.
3. Good understanding of Life Insurance system (Policy Management Systems, Online Sales systems and supporting system).
4. Exposure to Process improvement projects and work experience demonstrating progressive levels of domain support in life insurance companies.

Job Description 3:
1.Creating DB objects like Packages, Procedures, Tables, Functions, Triggers, MVWs, DB links, DBMS Jobs, views, joins, Indexes, explain Plan, dynamic query, collections, exceptions, transactions and modify existing complex codes

2. Must be proficient in Performance Tuning of long running monster queries reproducing in production like environment, indexing, refactoring the code SQLs, understanding of the SQL plans

3.Data Modelling and schema designing for new modules or modifications in schema designs for current products such that new model is compatible and fit in to the existing design

4.Hands - on experience on collections, RefCursor in PL/ SQL programming

5.Understanding the new features of 11g & 12c and its implementation
